"Well my memories of candy stem from Halloween since Mom did not allow us to have much candy throughout the year we took Halloween super seriously. My Dad was known in the neighborhood because he would buy full size bars to hand out to the kids not bite size samples, the word got out and we were the most popular house!!! My mom was funny because she would scold kids for trying to cone more then once, she would remember the costumes or the kid and shoo them away saying don't be greedy!!!
My second vivid memory is why I have a nickname of skittles, my best friend called me that after a crush offered me some of his on a trip.
